Payment Details

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB,EFTPOS, travellers cheques and cash.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation made within 7 days of arrival ~ loss of 100.00% of the total booking price
If cancellation made within 14 days of arrival ~ loss of 50.00% of the total booking price

Cancellation fees not charged if cancelled nights re-booked.  Cancellation fees can be waived in exceptional circumstances.  We advise clients to take out travel insurance.

Who We Are

Jessie works for Department of Conservation managing Milford Sound and Ray works for Real Journeys, a family owned tourist company which operates in Fiordland National Park. 

Both of us are privileged to be involved in FIordland National Park and Kepler Mountain View enables us to share our special places with others.
